Is that a call center or a high school house party? Because there seems to be no supervision. Is that a call center or the state of California? Because that is a lot of fires! Is that a call center or a smoker? Because that's a lot of quitting! Is that a call center or a bus station? Because that's a lot of transfers! Is that a call center or a bakery? Because that's a lot of turnovers! I'm not sure if all your best employees quit or you fired them, but it's probably time for the Executives to start looking at the Leadership in that department. More and more, I hear new people answering the phone who are kind of like the B or C team.
I then noticed that the agents I most enjoyed talking to were disappearing. Then Graton opened their own call center and just about every person that answered my call was so knowledgeable and polite. The call center used to be in Las Vegas and they were pretty rude and didn't have much information to share. I call the casino pretty often to check on my points and what kind of rewards I can claim on my next trip.
